Our Story

P.D. Rendering Limited was registered in November 2014. We have worked from the same unit in Exhall ever since – Unit L, Bayton Road, on the industrial estate between Coventry and Nuneaton. It is our registered office as well as our yard and sample store, so the Coventry address on this website is where the work is genuinely run from.

We started because of something we kept seeing on other people’s jobs: every house treated the same. A Victorian solid-wall terrace in London and a 1970s detached house in Coventry were getting the same board, the same thickness and the same finish. One of those walls needs to breathe. The other needs thermal performance in as little depth as possible. Specify the same system for both and, a few winters later, one of them has damp sitting behind new render.

So we work the other way round. The wall is surveyed first. The system is specified to match what that wall actually has to do – graphite EPS where it makes sense, mineral wool where fire performance or breathability comes first – and the U-value calculation is confirmed before a single board is ordered. It takes longer at the quoting stage. It is also the reason we can put a 25-year insurance-backed guarantee on the result and mean it.

We survey before we specify. Board type and thickness come from your wall build-up and a U-value calculation, not from what happens to be on the van.

Beads at every reveal and corner, mesh bedded through the full basecoat, and a vapour-open build-up chosen to suit the wall – so moisture leaves the building instead of sitting in it.

You Always Know What Happens Next

A fixed written quote within 3–7 days of the survey, with the system name, board thickness and target U-value stated on it. One point of contact for the duration of the job.

Before the scaffolding comes down we walk the elevations with you in daylight, when any variation in texture or colour still shows and is still easy to put right.

Very Professional, reliable – highly recommended! They have a real pride in what they do and it shows with the quality of work done The look of the house has totally been transformed.
I had several quotes from other companies claiming they could apply K Render and update Facias and guttering.
However PD Rendering were not the cheapest but their customer centric focus and quality of work is reflected in their price and workmanship.
